The main logo (logo.swf) in the header... how can I center that to the rest of the site? I looked in header.html and see that its aligned to "middle" but is still on the left side... I tried searching through the many posts and could not find an answer...

You can't center the logo on the CZ-1 theme because of the way the images are sliced and the tables are currently written. You'd have to reslice the images and rewrite the tables to make it fit the way you want it.
