im running nuke 7.5

$sql = "SELECT username FROM ".$prefix."_users WHERE user_active = 1 AND user_level > 0 ORDER BY user_id DESC LIMIT 1";
list($lastuser) = $db->sql_fetchrow($db->sql_query($sql));
------->32 return $lastuser;

This is a big problem my admin.php wont work it lists all of the things i can do when i click on blocks gives me blank page and same for everyother command ((
