I want to put a rdirect on my page but do the left frame and main frame separately.... I can get one or the other to redirect but not both at once... BTW i want to redirect them to different pages, not all to the same one... if you follow.... what codes do i need and where do i put each one?

To redirect both your left side and your main page, use the code below:

<body onLoad="parent.frames[0].location='http://addytonewleftpage.html';
parent.frames[1].location='http://addytonewmainpage.html';">


frame[0] is your left side and frame[1] is your right side. Change the URL to reflect the path to your pages respectively.
