is there anyway to combine a flash file with the text file, i have the .fla file for the flash file. i want to have just one flash file without the text file also, i dont know the actionscript well enough to accomplish this. i have attached the .swf file, the txt file that goes with it and the .fla file.

i've seen that tut before, i just want to eliminate the external text file all togther and embed it into the flash file

Seems like the easiest thing to do would be to change the text field from dynamic to static and paste the text into it, then get rid of the actionscript that reads the text file.

the flash file is reading the variables from the external text file, i tried to put in the variables manually then export the movie but then i get this error
**Error** Scene=Scene 1, layer=Action Layer, frame=8:Line 29: Left side of assignment operator must be variable or property.
     eval("lettera" + i + ".font.letterfield") = substring(line1, i, 1);


when i go to that line if i change it the movie wont even play
