There's a mod I picked up recently called PHP-NUKE_HOWTO I can't for the life of me remember where I got it and can't find the file on my puter..but it's a huge instruction manual for everything nuke. It's so comprehensive that Ive got to assume it covers themes but not sure. It says I can redistribute this file under the GNU/GPL so if you can't find it in a search lemme know and I'll send it to ya.

He's looking for the Theme Tutorial, not the Nuke HowTo.

The only place I ever had it bookmarked was Mtechnik's also.

Your Very Welcome. And an extra note to those reading this post, if you want to try it out first before you download it. The module is loaded on my site and its available in the "members links" section of the site menu. It will give people an idea of what the tutorial looks like before spending time downloading it.
