How do I change the "Forums" link in my Nuke Header.

I created some other forums and I want to link to them instead of it linking to the default phpnuke forums.

Im running PHPNuke 7.6

Well I use Sommaire Paramétrable v2.1

It replaces the menu and it makes the menu totally customizable.

Find it here: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

Try it once you'll like it.

You can add any custom link and icons what ever you want.

Gamma,

All you have to do to change the link in your header is edit header.html in your themes/themename/ directory

look at my site you'll see that I use completely custome links in header
- I removed downloads / forums/ etc and replaced them - only problem is that if you have alot of themes you would have to edit them individually
just change the links and if you want the text between the > <
There is a header.html inside each of your themes folders

I removed all of the themes that come with phpnuke because I didnt care if people could change themes - I may add a theme or 2 later but - I'll edit them first icon_mrgreen.gif

Gamma the Index.html is outside all of the theme folders

its like this Themes/DeepBlue/header.html

the Index.html is outside of the Folders with the theme names - and inside each of the actual theme folders you should have files like
header.html,
footer.html
blocks.html etc

The Index.html is always blank -
That is why I removed all of the thems except the one I use as default.
If I add more theme I will have to edit the header.html for each theme separately and manually....lotta chore - but when customizing - that's part of the pie!
