Did you install the attach_mod directory? like this:
modules > Forums > attach_mod <--- whole directory. Are your forums heavily modded?

Did you use the pre-edited files? (contrib folder) or did you edit yours? After you ran the tables install file did it install everything alright? I just installed this mod on my nuke 7.4 site after reading your post and used the pre-edited files, and all is good. It's a pretty heavy duty mod...make sure to follow all steps and double check your work...also as Telli said make sure to backup first.

I copied over the contrib files and no more errors but I don't get the "Add an Attachment" option. Do I have to turn it on somewhere?

It will just appear at the bottom while making a new post. I would back trace all your steps again, make sure everything that's supposed to go into your theme forums directory is there, Also if your using the mod that I have there's a folder called "DeepBlue" in the mod, since I deleted all themes except the one I'm using I just stuck those files in my custom themes forums directory.

Sorry it got you frustrated icon_sad.gif It's a fairy hefty mod for sure. You can always check out the "Codezwiz Special Services" on the front page if you can't live without this mod. icon_wink.gif
