How do Imake a certain theme my default and have that override any previous or user selected theme. I just wanna use 1 theme for everyone. And once I do that if I delete all extra themes will it let someone who has a theme selected thats no longer on the server come back to my site after this is done?? or will it no load the site?

In forum admin under preference you can change the default theme. You can also just delete the themes you dont want to use and it will automatically default to the remaining theme.
