When people are browsing or searching through the forums, the title is often what they look at to see what the post is all about. Titles like HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or I need.......................... are totally useless.
The required title length was raised for just this reason. Please don't just fill up the required characters with nonsense. A full and descriptive title will actually help get you an answer.
