Hi,

It has nothing to do with any mod really, but I'm wondering if there is a way to make new post tracking in phpbb work better?

Currently a user can just come on, see a few fresh topics, click on one, and later when he returns to the forum index again, all other new topics have been reset.

That's kinda dumb...

Sounds like you have a cookie problem with the site. Try reseting your cookie value in the admin>Forums>configuration.

My site and several others have done the same thing under any settings I've tried so far. This would be the Nuke fix of the year for many users icon_biggrin.gif

You using any of the CNB Your Account hacks? They have a function that sets the user last visit date that causes problems with this also.

Remove the function or comment it out and just use it once in a while no need to have it update it everytime.
