do they have any other implication, i mean if i dowload a theme from dthe download section, can i use it in a website freely (without removing copyrights things, of course) and then maybe put some banners? or need author written permission?

and what about ads, can you put third party advertising in your site using one of the free themes of this site. is there any problem with that?
