I want my message board to show different images to users when they log on.

like username=bob he logs on and sees his picture at the top
username=todd he logs on and sees HIS picture

nobody else can see the picture other than the username

I know it can be done, I've been reading and reading about scripts and stuff but can't find anything. can anyone help?

ok I can get the image to show but everyone sees it...someone help me out. please
