I currently have 2.0.10 phpnuke forums, it was the default when I installed phpnuke. Everything works fine, aside from alot of email validation bugs so I am trying to upgrade to the newest 2.0.13. The only upgrade FAQs I can find though completely skip 2.0.10, I could do them in order, but there is no guide to go from phpBB 2.0.10 to 2.0.11. Can somone please help me out with this?

i had some probs finding it also.

search for bbtonuke

you'll need to download it because there is a new file called usercp_confirm.php to be uploaded, and expect probs with the common.php file, that forum should help you get through it though
