If anyone can point me to a module that I could use/tweak, I will praise your name foh-evah.

I'm trying to find some type of module I can use as an "Available for Work" module. It would be kind of a cross between a glorified scrolling message box and a center block/module that shows the technicians contact information with a small message that the tech can enter in saying where he is currently at/travelling. The idea is the techs post the message into the module and then a block to pull that information and make it pretty. Any ideas besides a chat box on how I could do this?
