Does anyone know of a module for php 7.4 that allows you to setup a custom registration other than the usual name email pass. as i need to have a extra field or maybe fields in future.

or even what file to edit to add an option in??

You can try the add fields version found here but you may need to do some reading as I am not sure if it has been upgraded to the current version of Nuke that you have
