adapting blocks - specfic block appears in certain modules..

This is a similar post to another, in which the guy wanted the WHOLE left block to dissapear under certain modules (blocks(left)icon_wink.gif...

Now, what I want to do is display the blocks normally, but have one block that only appears when the user is browsing a certain module.

Why?

I'm creating a synthesizer review site. What I want is a synth "toolbox" block that generates related synth links depending on which review your looking at. The idea is ok, but at the moment the "toolbox" block is appearing on all pages, even though I want it to just pop up under the name=Reviews&rop=showcontent&id=1 (where id = synth id number. So the block only appears when your reading a review.

Once thats out of the way I'm going to try and figure out how to pick out the links so that they dynamically appear when there is a related link. So if there exists an Alesis Andromeda synth in both the review and sounds section then generate the appropriate link. I'm assuming its just a case of comparing two sql queries (one for review, and 1 for sound) so that if both titles are the same then draw link. Or am I totally off the mark? icon_smile.gif

Appreciate any help.
