hello. when i tried downloading paint pro and flash mp3 all i get is a white screen with a little blue box in the upper left corner, but i had no problems downloading short keys. i disabled auto protect and script blocker on norton before i tried and it didnt make a difference.in an unrelated subject and since i never pass up an opportunity to show my ignorance , while trying to set my time zone on profile the drop list had gmt + or - a certain number of hours.what is gmt and how does it relate to est. ty for any help

When you download the files they are in a zip file you need to open the zip file then copy the contents to your desktop. From thier you can run the programs installation. If you dont have a zip file opener (extractor) there is one in the downloads. You are gmt -400 for eastern standard.

i understand about the zip files but im not getting them just the white screen with the little icon in the top left corner ive clicked onto it but nothing

also, what version of IE are you running...check and make sure it is the updated one...seems there is a "white bug" in IE5.5.

If this happens to you, use your browser's BACK button to return to the web page you were on, and click the link to the download again. You should then get a normal download.

Alternatively, Refresh the web page when you get the white screen. That also fixes it and gets you ready for the next download.

Just some suggestions............

Although microsoft does some good work they dont test their products. They send it out for all of us to buy and then get their "testing" feedback by error reports and so forth.

Good way to make money for them is to let you buy the much improved version when they have collected everyones error forms and improved what you just bought.

If none of the above works, try right clicking on the link and choosing "Save Target As..."

Where can I find the PSP download? I look in downloads and the weblinks but cant find it. Where'd it go? I seen here one day but didnt have time to download, and now it gone! Please help!
