I need help from someone that has had success inserting flash code in a theme.php file.
The theme I want to have a swf logo doesn't use a header.html file.
I've tried numerous suggestions and even reworked the code as describe in the phpnuke how to manual but to no avail.

Thank you.

Thanks for the welcome, the reply and the assistance.
Unfortunately your attempt wasn't successful.
I'll leave it in on the server if you want to visit the site and see what happens. Scroll down to the theme chooser block and choose KonsoleII.
I've been playing around with this for about 2 weeks now.
I think this just about sums it up

OK so we're beating our heads against the wall trying to work the code when in reality we probably worked it to several different workable versions, why?

Like I said its not the code the problem that i found is that the program "Anim-FX" and its a/s within are calling out for its instructional code which is saved on a text file (in this case party.txt) and can not find it.

The solution that I found was to upload the swf and txt file into your nukes root directory then replace the theme.php file that is in the

themes/KonsoleII/

folder with the theme.php file in zip.

If done correctly it should look pretty much as follows (my theme is modified more but you get jist)

Well that was fantastic! I tried a variation of that but I only replaced the call to logo.jpg with party.swf.
All this time I'd had been told and read that everything needed to go into the same folder, which was true for a theme that had a header.html file only.

Now I need to have one more question answered.
What the heck would you do with a theme that uses both a theme.php and a header.html file?

I really appreciate all the time and effort you put into helping me. I owe ya' one.
Let me know if there's anything I can ever do for you.
Now that I'm out of that tar pit, I can move on to the next one.
