Hmm...seems like I'd posted this already but a search didn't bring up the post.

I've installed the mod on my 7.5 and everything seemed to work until I went to test the form. it's still showing the original form...

Everything in admin looks and seems to work fine. The emails stored correctly and all.

I've uploaded it 3 times and checked the files....

please help,

What do you mean the original form? Are you sure your uploading the right file to the right place?

The nuke standard feedback form (original) that came with my nuke installation.
The CZFeedback is supposed to replace that form isn't it?

I uploaded all files to my nuke root directory.

Admin >> root/admin
Images >> root/images
Modules >> Root/modules

When you upload the files check the FTP and make sure it is uploading them and not giving a 550 error or something. I see no reason why it should overwrite it. You could also delete the module then Upload the new one that might work.
