Can anyone know which file in my Cpanel I need to edit please.

That can be done via your database.

Find the table nuke_config

The details can be edited in there.

Or you can add some footer text in the nuke admin panel under the preferences section.

Where abouts? Just I cant loacte this file.

Thats because they are not files.

In your admin panel in Nuke click on the preferences option.

In that screen you will see Footer Line 1, 2, & 3

Just add what you want into one of those boxes and click submit.

I know he designed the theme, but if I include him and the sites stated their on my thank you page would that be just as good??

No you cannot take that copyright notice off not without paying for it atleast.

$300 thats no worth it, I'll just wait and see if the site takes off and if it does I will see about getting someone or making myself a new and better theme.

Dude that's not the price for the theme. It's the price for taking the copyright notice off phpNuke. Basically it's like buying the software.
