I am in need of a flash guru for part of my design team, my other flash guy has not been on in a while so i do not know what happend to him. All i am looking for is someone who can understand what needs to be done and can get it done fast and will not take forever. We usually take 1-3 weeks on a theme depending if its a free or a resale item. I am willing to pay commison on the themes that we sell, which will split into the photoshop guy, server, and you. I will explain more details later, if you contact me. If you have the time and you can..i would greatly appreciate it. Its a good opportunity to learn and pratice around with flash and become more experienced.
