Nice, clean design. Here are my thoughts:

1. The color of the background for your navigation menu is the same color as your overall background. This gives the impression that the menu flows out into your main background. I'd either change the colors of one or put a single pixel border around the "page" to separate it from the background.

2. Nice collage you have in state of Texas outline, but the text "Tech in Texas" needs to be centered more.

3. The color you're using for the Site News section is too close to the color of the background it's sitting on. It's hard to read. I'd go with either pure white or a color that's alot darker so that it contrasts nicely.

4. I hope the text you have in the main area is just temporary. At least I hope you wouldn't insult your readers by telling them they aren't real computer people.

5. The footer color is too close to the background color as well. It's almost invisible on my screen. I'd use a color that stands out and separates the page from the background. A gradient that is the reverse of what you have in the header would work nicely too.

For your homepage, nice work. would take of the real computer person bit.
The security page your text is all over the place. Same with networking, links and the crew pages. Might wanna fix that.

One more thing.....

I wouldn't use the code that was spit out by Image Ready. It's garbage. If you don't know how to code the page yourself, check out some of the basic tutorials in the HTML help section.
