Is there a way to take an rss feed from another site and instead of posting it in a block have it post in your forums?

An RSS feed just feeds from an xml file on another person's site. That being said, the only way I could think to do it would be to somehow take a snapshot of the feed (at a given point in time) and dump it to SQL.

Now, how do you do that? I'm not sure yet :P, but I'll let you know if I find something out.
