I need to know if there is a way to restrict the availability to post images, links to images or url's that display images to certain forums or in all forums.

I would like my members to be able to do this is member only forums but, I do not want anyone to be able to post images to my forums.

Please let me know if there is a way and what to do.

y don't you restrict posting in forums to members only.
i don't have a clue whether you can restrict the amount of offsite image links

Let me expand on what I mean...

I have a site and there are site members who can post whatever they want in the forums they see.

I have special members who see other forums that regular members do not.

A new person comes to the site, registers, is now a site member. They post adult pictures in every forum they can get their hand on until they are noticed and then banned.

I want this limited in the public forums but I do not want to take this ability away from my special members.

I hope this sheds some light on the question and maybe, just maybe, someone will see a need for this and figure out a way to do this.
