i was wondering how wud i set php nuke up on my computer so it runs from my computer not on the internet is it possible?? i wanna play around wiv before i put it online

thanks ive set up a webserver now on my computer an put all the folders and files into the www folder for ma local webserver i have also imported the nuke.sql to a database on ma server .. onli prob now is on this version of php nuke which is 7.4 i fink the config.php file seems to be encrypted or something it isnt how it used to be when i was using 7.2 and also i was wondering i didnt have to create a passie for the mysql database so do i leave that blank?? thanks
