I'm using 7.4 and just noticed a new problem I'm having. I can delete old blocks and modules and the list updates fine, but I when I add new ones they don't show up in the admin panel , on the site or in the database. I am also using the CZModules hack from here. I can edit existing ones just fine as well.

The error is caused by one two many fields in your nuke_modules data table or not enough fields in your nuke_modules data table. Can you check that in comparrison with your admin/modules.php?

Another case of a short between the seat and the keyboard icon_wink.gif That was exactly it, I started a long mod the other day that added a field to the blocks and modules table and then didn't finish it.
