Titles in forum post help needed!

I seem to have a small problem, when I’m in my forums and click a link it displays the title at the top of the browser, but if I’m on the main page and click a link in the scrolling forum block no page titles!

It seems if the url is this: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]

The page title at the top of the browser doesn’t display, how do I fix this so it works like the rest and what file do I need to edit so I can accomplish this!

I figure it must have something to do with the forums page header not capturing the title of the page!

Any help would be appreciated!
