I am currently running 7.5 and it's running fine (other than the enhanced download but that's another story) I wonder if I should upgrade. IS there a reason I should? If there is a security fix I know I need to upgrade.

Has anyone had any problems upgrading?

I would suggest staying with your 7.5 or 7.6 max. There are security issues and other problems associated with 7.7 and 7.8. Like they say: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it"... You may want to use Chatservs latest patches (Current version: 3.1) for your Nuke version though, which can be found here under the heading "PHP-Nuke Patched Series". phpNuke 7.6 Platinum would be the best option if you wanted to upgrade (depending on what features your looking to add to your site). like echo said there are security problems with 7.7 and 7.8
