Macromedia flash player 7

Can someone let me know how to make stuff like the logo on the

CoolBlueV2 Skin on this site.

You have "Macromedia Flash Player 7"? You need Macromedia MX Flash 2004 or something to actually make things with flash. What you have is simply a player that allows you to view flash on websites.

I got I searched for Macromedia MX Flash 2004. Then I downloaded it from Macromedia.com. Installed it and now I cannot run it. me and my friend are going to try and figure it out.
