'ello all,

I had lots of problems with my server not doing cron jobs, or doing them
but not informing me, or being disabled and NOT informing me. I have extremely
low knowledge of cron scripts, running shell commands..... infact everything
related to servers or scripting, this may help ppl like me:) I got really
confused with all the terminology and directions from professional websites with
howto's. So I created this small script to be uploaded to your /public_html/ folder (root)
which will run an email command on your server (only if you have a local mail
server enabled I believe), through a cron job GET command.
I can only relate on how to do this using Xcontroller Cron Jobs. So please no
questions on "How do I run this with a shell command?" etc etc because I have no idea
on what you'll be on about.

This php file will test to see if the cron job GET command is working on your
server by sending you an email.

I'am without a doubt nowhere near even an intermediate level with scripts and codes. Just a beginner

All I know is that this works well for me. It may not for you!!!

I hope this helps even one other person than myself.

I hope I did not over complicate the install file.
