Hello, if there is a duplicate of tihs post, i appologize, but i was not able to find anything.

question...
is there a generic template that i can use to create my own theme?
if yes, where can i find it?
if not, what do i use to create my own theme?

There was a php nuke theme tutorial floating around. Do a search on the forums. It's been asked a few times. You might also try Googling "PHP Nuke theme tutorial".
