Hi, its a good layout and the colour scheme goes well together, but if you want some advise on how to make it a little better, instead of cramming all the advert banners at the base of your site.
Why not place one just above your logo, move your counter to the very base of your site in the centre and then just move the other banners about, even accommodate a few within the text section.

This is just an idea and some friendly advice.
