Hello all. I have a site that I have been trying to update, and set up.
I was using 7.7 then i upgraded to 7.8.

THe topic's page had catagories, and other selections in it and i could delete and modify the content. Once i updated, i cant anymore.

Here is a screenshot of what it look like now, anyone help?
