I'm looking for a module such that I can do the following:

I would like to display columns of data like an excel sheet, with each column having a different header. I would like the overall display of columns be sortable from any column through ascending or descending alphabetical or numerical. I would also like a search function to look for any element of any column. This is similar to how the memberlist module works for users, but not hard coded and customizable with any number of columns and able to hold any data in a new table in the database. (in other words, like an excel sheet that can be administered from the admin area and presented to users)

Are there any PHPnuke 7.8 compatible modules that can do this?

Is it me or is this actually not a super hard thing to setup? If you look at the members_list module it does a lot of this already, with sortable functions. All it needs is instead of pulling from the actual forums memberlist area, have it pull from a new table that can then be added to and erased from from a new admin menu area....along with a config setup to tell it how many columns to display and what should be in each column.

I'll admit to not having the skill to do this easily or quickly, but unless someone knows of something similar I might have to take a crack at doing it myself. I can't imagine this wouldn't be a huge addition to the phpnuke system.

Im not a php expert so i could not say for sure but i dont think it would be that difficult. There are services that codezwiz offer and we would be willling to look into devolping something for you on a commercial basis if your interested. All you would need to do is use the feedback form and give a detailed desciprtion of what you would want to have.

Thank you for the information. I'm actually taking a crack at it myself utilizing the memberlist.php module as a basis. If I fail (which is a definite possibility icon_smile.gif ) I'll certainly consider reaching out to you guys for development.
