i have 1 another problem...i have a site i uploaded the theme and when i open my site i have this....

Are you using a different browser than your dad? Cool looking theme, by the way...what's it called?

my dad is using ie 6 and im using the same 1 i even downloaded ffirefox and nothing vhanged.....XD something

i tho its not browser

go root/themes/yourteheme/blocks.html

find the width almost at the beginning it should be like width="165" something
you can try make bigger them like if its 168 you can try 170
you can also try make them width="100%"

You will find that it is prolly because ur dad is running at a bigger screen resolution to yourself or he is looking at the page with slightly smaller font sizes through the internet explorer.
