server not sending activation account

When ever someone trys to register for my website (www.harmlc.ath.cx) they recieve this error Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 501 Invalid Address in C:\webhost\xampp\htdocs\website\html\modules\Your_Account\index.php on line 146 and the account activation email is not sent. I am running a mail server on my computer (Mail Enable), and someone mentioned it may have to do with my php.ini. If there isnt a fix to this, I'd be just as happy as to make it so that you don't have to have an email activation, and that users are just atomatically registered like with this site.

Not sure if it's a php.ini setting but here's the no activation hacks if you want them: [ Register or login to view links on this board. ]
Just choose your nuke version and your good to go.
(Make sure to backup all original files first)
