Hi,

Im new to most of this and winging my way through it. I'll try to explain the best I can icon_biggrin.gif

Im installing a Teamspeak Viewer block. I got the code from ANvox. Ive installed it but it doesnt display correctly. It stretches outside of the block its in, the channels arenot visible but if you highlight them they are there and I have a line of code on the bottom target="new/=ANvox server.

How do I go about getting it to display correctly. I got Anvox to check the edited code it and they said that it displays correctly for them. This leaves me thinking that it someting Im doing wrong. Any help would be appreciated.

i cant click on the picture to get a better view of it. The reason you cant see the channels unless you highlight them is because of the white backgound which is usually controlled in a style file named style.css.

Also if it streatches outside th box this is usually caused by the channel names being too long in your teamspeak. Only solution to that is to either shortne the name of find a varied version of the teamspeak code which will limit how many channel characters are shown so it will not push out of the box.

Heres the original link again
[ Register or login to view links on this board.]

Ill try to shorten the names and Ill mess around with the css but I had to remove the original css code as it was displaying in the block as well. Heres a pic of when the css code was in. It actually displayed then but still wide and still with the extra line at the bottom

What about the last line of code at the bottom that displays under the actually teamspeak table ? the target"="new"/Anvox server status. I cant see this code in the script to try and remove it or fix it and Anvox mentioned that it was to do with the block itself ie something coming from the site ??

Thanks for you help so far icon_wink.gif

Ok, Im getting there slowly. Ive managed to get the channels showing and I got the line of code at the bottom to disappear. Ill worry about the size when I rename the TS channels. However now that I have the channels showing it seems to be putting 2 lots of the script in there. The top one still shows the code at the bottom and the bottom one is correct. Ive started with a fresh script, deleted all files from the ftpo and deleted the block. I created it all from new again but it still shows it like this

Any ideas where I have gone wrong here? There definately isnt 2 lots of code in the actual php script.

Also could I put the whole php script in scrolling block on the left to combat the width issue if renaming the channels doesnt work. If so how would I go about doing that

UPDATE

I have gotten rid of the duplication and the code. My only problem now is inthe framing. Rather than it putting the block in just one frame(it fits) it is also displaying the left hand sideof another frame next to it which of course puts out all the other blocks on the site. Ive tried making it smaller, moving it to the right or center ect but I cant seem to get it to work. Going slighty crazy now eusa_wall.gif badgrin.gif

Heres a pic of what I mean .The frame highlighted in yellow is the part that I need to remove.

Something in the block is still making it too wide to fit. The reason you're seeing part of another frame is because the frame is a background image that is tiling horizontally behind the content of the block.

Copy the block code into a txt file and attach it here. I'll look through it and see if I can figure out what's causing the width problem.
