Seeing that Techgfx.com has been up and down for quite some time, I was looking to build a new nuke platinum community... where people can get downloads,themes, mods, blocks, addons and so on...

I have the domain pnpnuke.com & .org (pointing elsewhere right now) and would be interested to see what type of response and or demand there is for one central location for Platinum related downloads and support

I appreciate your input... I was more looking to a place where anything pnp could be downloaded... Themes, blocks, modules, add-ons, and so on... kind of like how phpnuke.org is where the latest version on nuke starts, but the forum isn't quite that of say, here, or NukeCops. More along the lines of nukeresources or nsnnuke for the latest and greatest downloads.

codezwiz is too great of a site to even compete with... I love visiting here! icon_smile.gif

well

techgfx left the php nuke and started his own cms as platinum than what he suddenly stop support it and left his 25-30.000 members around .Important is how many members of him still use plat ? I personally wouldnt go with a portal which owner already left it .Think about 1 year later how many people still use it ,patch it will create something new for it .

Plus his site announce T2 (its not terminator 2 its something like he is preparing back with something new ) if i were you i would wait and see what will he throw plat 2 ? or somethin new

I wouldnt bother, not many people actually use platinum anymore. I would either move on to Nuke-Evolution ( [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] ) they arent likely to go anywhere soon. Platinum is past it. But its your site and it would be hard work!
