I'm running PHPnuke 7.8 .. your Holloween Theme v3 (which is great .. good work).. also have a few of your CZ Scripts Blocks and Modules running .. the 3 questions are:

1. CZM Module v4.75 is up for grabs (which I'm using) .. when will v5.0 be released ?

2. CZUser Info V5 .. excellent Block, however, I cannot see anyone listed under the "Member(s) Online" area when there are people logged in .. am I missing something here ?

3. The Block "Calendar" to Module .. is this one of your scripts ? third party ? part of the forum ? If so what version phpBB are you using ? and Is it available for download somewhere designed for PHPnuke where it won't KISS up my website again .. LOL ?

That's it in a nutshell ..

2. seems like can not connect to database make sure you run the czuser.php after upload all files if you done already i would try a fresh install
