I need to change the news module. First I need it to see that every registered user that enters news is an Author.

But I also need to add the following things and add them to the database, Even tho I can add some of the fields myself to the form, others I havent learned yet, and am lost, especially about changing the database. Your help would be much appreciated.

Under Language:

Your Name: Filled in from databse (registered user only)
City* Must Have
State* Must Have
Country* Must Have
Email Filled in from Database (registered user only)
Check One: Father Mother Brother Sister Friend Other________
-------
Photo Upload (browse from their harddrive) to images/News
Change Title: to First Name Last Name Middle Initial (MI)
Check One: Mr Mrs Miss Master Doctor Professor Other __________
Field 1 City
Field 2 State
Date 1 day month year
Date 2 Day Month Year
Field 3 Place
Field 4 Cause

I need to know how to do the photo upload, Your Name for registered User Your Email for registered user, change the tittle to First Name Last Name MI, -- the rest of the fields I can do... but then I need to know how to add all of that to the database and exactly where.

Yes I know this is a customised news module, but I volunteered to help a free site that does not charge, and these changes are a little more than I have learned.
I have already done alot of the language work and special stuff.

You may NOT know how to do all these things, but if there are parts you do know how to do, I welcome your help.

There is no deadline on this, but anyone willing to help me learn this stuff can contact me my email or msn, or here... but I would like to have it done as soon as possible.
