That's a lot of info to fill out for a counter-strike clan, but I have something like that on my website (http://harmlc.ath.cx). It writes to a mysql database with php, but i could do a mail forwarder too.

ok well i kinda did the whole thing but i have a problem and i need some help from some1 who did that b4.......well i did the index.php (but i think its wrong) apply.php (prob. its correct) style.php (correct) and a folder called cgi-bin...i uploaded but it says it cant find the module file or something

can some1 help me?

oh and if u will need the files let me know i will give it to ya but dont use it for ur self cuz its not going to be relased for a while..
