I have a few questions about using CZM-V4_75 as my navigation block in my Platinum Nuke 7.6 Patched3+ installation.

I loaded it a few days ago from the virgin install found here at CodeWiz. I had some difficultiles with it rendering properly in the XP Midnight theme so I removed it. A few questions: No system or coding errors on install.

1. Is there a PNP version of this great mod out there?
2. I wonder if my problem was the Theme... are there any mods that need to be done to my theme to make it work properly? I know PNP does some mods so perhaps I need to look at my theme files for a clue to what's wrong?

If anyone has this mod running under Platinum Nuke 7.6 I would greatly appreciate hearing from you.... It is an excellent space conserving alternative I would like to use on my site. Full credits to Code Wiz of course....

ZZ

Just a follow up to my first post. i really like this module and would like to get it to work on my Platinum Nuke site....

So I tried reloading it again.... my theme is not the problem at all.
Here is what I experiance.
1. I backed up the files that were to be replaced so I can recover.
2. Uploaded files:
admin/links/links.modules.p h p
admin/modules/modules.p h p
blocks/blocks-Modules.php

3. Ran czm.p h p to install tables (no problems)

No errors at all when I went back to the site and entered the Admin Panel.

Issues I Noticed:
a) All my currently ACTIVE modules do not appear in the Modules Table. Although I can see the header for it.

b) Only the Inactive and Invisible Modules appear there.

c) When I attempt to activate an Invisible Module to visible, it activated but then does not appear in the Active listing

d) The problem is obviously I have no control over my ACTIVE modules since they are not appearing in the CZ Modules Control Panel.

e) THE ONLY LINKS that rended in the CZ Modules BLOCK are: Quick Links and Extra Links. Even the modules I activate from Invisible and Inactive once activated and made visible do NOT show there and also do not show on the admin panel as I have described.

Everything else seems to be working OK. No error messages of any kind. I suspect may it is a difference in how the two versions flag the sql table that a module is active??? Any clues where I should look to solve this one? I am sure it has something to do with PNP. I have posted there but have not had a response.
I could post the old PNP Files that the CZ files replaces to see if that gives someone here a clue. In the meantime I may have to replace with my old files.

Ok I figured this one out only after careful inspection of the SQL queries in the CZM.p h p Sql install file.

Seems like the NEW INSTALLATION option does NOT include adding the mcpostion field to the module_catogries table !!!

When checking all of the upgrade options v1,2 3 --> 4 they all included adding this field.

What I did to correct the issue:
Ran the Upgrade from V1 -- > 4 and it added that field. (or simply add it yourself )

Once I did that the active tables were rendered in the module and everything seems to work ok.

Just this one hitch with respect to making sure that you add the ' mcposition ' field to the module_catagories table !
