Im trying to figure what little snippet I would need to use to have a pic to flip or change on mouseover only. I can create animated ones and such but want to have this look like a sign, then on mouse over it looks like it flips over and has more information.
Has anyone seen this in use or know where to get such a critter?

You'll need to use an image rollover script. This one should work for you:
