my question is if i want to have a news block always the top one in our middle of our page.

if you go to [ Register or login to view links on this board. ] i want the welcome to brazen clan always to be on top and when i add new articles or news stories for them to always go underneath them. does anybody know how to do this or an easier way to get this done.

instead of making it a news article why not just do it as a message which always stays on top of everything in the center of your page.
