I made a new tutorial for PHP-Nuke. I couldn't find this tutorial anywhere so i tried to learn how to do it myself. I'd like to share it with those who don't know how to do it. This tutorial teaches you how to add administrator previlages. This is useful if you want to give admins only certain admins to access certain pages. This gives more flexibility and options. I tried to make it as simple as possible so lets hope you find it understandable too
