Hi all,

Over the last couple days we have received a number of E-mails from confused users regarding "contests" that we are supposedly running to give away free Platinum or Diamond memberships.

Users have received E-mails saying that they have won a free membership and that they should follow a link to a web page in order to redeem it. On that page they are asked to provide their username and password. If you fill out the form or follow the link they provide, they can steal your ladder account!

We are NOT currently running any kind of free membership promotion, and if we were winners would be posted on the Web site and not privately E-mailed.

As a reminder, you should never give our your password to anyone. Feel free to contact our staff regarding any suspicious E-mail like this that you receive, as we are collecting data to pass along to the proper authorities.

Thanks,
Case
