Try this please find in modules/Your_Account/admin.php

case "UsersConfigSave":
        $db->sql_query("UPDATE ".$prefix."_users_config SET sendaddmail='$xsendaddmail', allowuserdelete='$xallowuserdelete', senddeletemail='$xsenddeletemail', allowusertheme='$xallowusertheme', allowmailchange='$xallowmailchange', allowuserreg='$xallowuserreg', requireadmin='$xrequireadmin', servermail='$xservermail', useactivate='$xuseactivate', usegfxcheck='$xusegfxcheck', autosuspend='$xautosuspend', perpage='$xperpage' WHERE ucid='1'");


its at the bottom of the page change it to this:

I tried that mod on the ADMIN.PHP file. It didn't work.

Also tested to see if maybe the "Require Admin Approval" might "stick" after modifying the file - no go there either.

What is Message Board XL?

I have the Categorical Heirarchy mod installed on my site that gives me the vBulletin like feature of having subforums. I really like this feature. Is this something you can consider with the next revision of CZEnhanced 7.0?

Its the board at the top of the forums with the message on it. And yes maybe I can but i dont know when the next version will be out have to get this one stable first.

Maybe I should go back to that other "signature" - the one that said "Of all the things I've lost, I miss my mind the most.", because after that last message where I said that I'd forgotten something -- I also forgot to say that I'd checked, and the settings are holding as you said they were.

Telli,

Just wanted to let you know that I was able to "import" all the links and articles into the new DB.

Now just a matter of locating the .GIF files I've been using and putting them into the correct directories.

Thanks to your insight, I'm relatvely confident that I can class myself as "mid-incompetent" without fear of being criticized.

I cant duplicate the error on the beta site i created 2 more admins and they where both able to log in. Have you edited anything?
