i would like to point out that when some people ask for HELP with their LOGO'S etc they never seem to say PLEASE or THANKYOU. Is it really that hard to say those 2 words as it is the people who run this site that give up their own spare time to help OTHERS. icon_razz.gif icon_biggrin.gif

Agreed. I have to say, although I didn't make a conscious decision to do so, I think that a polite, well thought-out request is more likely to get more effort put into it than one that sounds more like a command, or is too vague.

The more info you give us, the more chance that you'll get what you want. Personally I refuse to keep changing work just because the requester changes his/her mind, or has another idea half way through. Often a font or text change can take a lot of time. We're just too busy to do that. It took me several days last week to teach Kevin the Worm to dance.

Griping aside, I know all the staff get a lot of pleasure out of helping the peeps who come here, most of whom are genuinely grateful. icon_biggrin.gif
