When I Try To Add An Admin/Author And I Click Add Author After I Filled In All The Info I COme Up With A Blank White Screen And Nothing Happens No Admin Gets Added Or Anything And Help Would Be Appreciated

If I had to guess, you have the Calendar Module installed from phpnuke.holbrook.au?

You need to check the readme for that install because it adds new fields to the nuke_authors table that you have to update the code for $nukeroot/admin/modules/authors.php. The instructions to do so are in the ReadMe of the Modules Install.
